From Now onwards I will be embarking on next step in my life. My uncle has tendered for a canteen in a swimming pool. He just gave me the green light, which means is ours. He wants me to help him set up the floor plan layout of the place, the stuff to sell and some other stuff. Today went on a survey trip on existing minimarts in petrol stations to see what I can have and what he wants for the canteen. I hope I can live up to his expectations. I will maybe try my best. This is something new to me so I am a bit not sure of what to do but I roughly know what is need to be done. He gave me a budget to work on and I will try to follow it as closely as possible.I was wondering whether anyone can help me. I was wondering what u guys expect from a canteen in a swimming pool. What type of food you guys want to see, tidbits, snacks anything just say out.thanks for you help
